Eligible reviews
We review requests involving duplicate or unauthorized charges, material technical failure that prevented use, or another valid consumer-law basis. Subscription fees are generally not refundable after the digital service has been substantially used, except where required by law.
Cancellations
Cancelling stops future renewals and does not by itself refund the current paid period. Access ordinarily continues until that period ends.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Processing and bank posting times vary; they commonly take 5–10 business days after approval.
