By using VoiceTranslate, you agree to these terms. VoiceTranslate is a digital service for transcription, translation, and related voice features.
Eligibility and accounts
You must have legal capacity to agree to these terms and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for protecting your authentication methods.
Acceptable use
You may process only content you have the right and permission to use. Do not use VoiceTranslate for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful or rights-infringing purposes. Personal voice features may be used only with the voice owner's explicit permission.
Plans, payments and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in US dollars and renew automatically until cancelled. Current prices are displayed before purchase. You may cancel from account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period. Payment processing is provided by a third-party payment provider.
Service operation
Transcription and translation may contain errors and should not be relied on as professional medical, legal, financial or emergency advice. We may maintain, improve, suspend or discontinue features. Availability can be affected by internet, WhatsApp, AI, hosting and payment providers.
Termination and liability
We may restrict accounts that violate these terms or threaten service security. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service period. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
